Kevin is a rare breed. Good old fashioned personal service and he is really knowledgeable. I had no signal and he ran me through a few things on the phone and when they didn’t work, he was on my doorstep within the hour. The problem was a dud cable, so he replaced it on the spot and didn’t even charge me for the call out or the cable. Thank you Kevin, you are a legend.
